How to Add Custom Questions

1. From the dashboard head to Donation Campaigns and click Manage on your Peer-to-Peer campaign.

2. Click Settings in the left sidebar, then Custom questions along the top bar.

3. Click Participant registration form questions.

4. Now you can choose from a variety of different form elements. Click on the type that best works for your question.

Please Note: Choosing an input means choosing the format of how your participants will answer your question, this way all answers are uniform and organized.

5. A pop-up will appear asking you to label/name your question and choose whether or not this question is required to answer before your participants can register.

Fill out the pop-up box and click Save. The example below is a text input form.

6. Now you can make changes to your custom question as needed. You will be prompted to fill in additional information for this question, such as instructions, character limit, etc.

7. Custom questions appear on the create-a-participant page in the dashboard as well as the participant self-registration form.
