You can change how participant pages are displayed, whether they’re private, restricted, or public, in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to make bulk updates easily.
Steps to update participant visibility
From your dashboard, click Donation campaigns on the left-hand side.
Find the peer-to-peer campaign you’d like to update, then click Manage.
On the left-hand menu, select Participants.
To update visibility for multiple participants, click the top checkbox to select all, or individually select participants.
Click Update visibility in the top right corner.
Choose one of the following options:
Once you’ve selected your visibility setting, confirm your changes.
Understanding visibility options
Each visibility level determines who can view participant donation pages:
Private – Great for drafts or internal campaigns
Restricted – Perfect for soft launches or private sharing with select donors.
Public – Ideal for active campaigns where participants’ pages should appear on the main campaign page.
