We do! Essentially, we give donors all the information they would need to pass on to an accountant at year-end. We would include the organization name and tax ID. Adding your tax ID (Employer Identification Numbers or EINs) to your BetterWorld account is entirely optional. If you would like to add your organization's EIN to enable donors to claim deductions during tax filings, you can add it here.

Receipts are typically emailed immediately after the transaction, ensuring donors have prompt access to their records. BetterWorld's receipts are standardized but you can add a customized message to these receipts.
