BetterWorld relies on suggested contributions to sustain our free platform, but these contributions are completely optional. We don’t charge platform fees or take a percentage of what organizations raise. Instead, a small suggested contribution is included on winning bids, tickets, and donations to help cover campaign costs.

Individuals may also include an optional tip to help support BetterWorld's mission of keeping fundraising free for all nonprofits. These contributions help us continue to develop world-class tools and help cover the fundraising costs for organizations that can't afford to do so. If you would like to make an additional contribution to BetterWorld, you may do so here. (And thank you so much!). If you've previously contributed to us and would like to change the amount or request a refund for any reason, please contact our support team and we'll take care of that ASAP.

If you're an organization that would prefer to help cover the cost of your campaign yourself and remove suggested contributions, head to the "Your Membership plan" area of your dashboard to change your membership plan.
