If your Giveaway has multiple prizes to be won, you can add additional drawings. If you want to be sure that the same winner is not chosen for future prize drawings, you can adjust this in the Giveaway settings.
Steps to Add Additional Drawings:
Access the Dashboard:
Navigate to your Dashboard.
Select Giveaways
Click Manage on the Giveaway you want to add multiple drawings to.
Go to Giveaways Settings:
Select Items & Settings.
Find the Drawings Section:
Under the Items & Settings tab, scroll down to Drawings.
Add Another Drawing:
Click Add another drawing to add a second (or subsequent) drawing.
Excluding or Including Previous Winners:
When you add Drawing 2 (or any additional drawing), you’ll see an option to "Exclude winners from prior drawings."
Select Yes: Ensures each drawing has a different winner.
Select No: Previous winners remain eligible for subsequent drawings.
Save Your Settings: Click Save to confirm your choices.
How Entries Are Handled:
Each ticket entry is linked to an email address and assigned a unique Entry ID. This information is available on the purchase receipt emailed to participants.
If you choose to exclude previous winners, all tickets linked to the winning email address or Entry ID will be excluded from future drawings, regardless of the number of tickets purchased or acquired.
