Our Standard Donation Campaigns and Donation Forms allow payment via bank/ACH. The ACH processing fee is 0.08% (with a $5 limit).

By default, we give donors the option to cover the ACH processing fee. If the donors choose not to offset this fee, it will be deducted from the funds raised.

For example, if a donor gives you $100, you will receive $99.92 ($100 - .08%). Most donors choose to cover the ACH processing cost, so the organization receives 100% of their donation. In this example, this means the donor would actually increase their contribution to $100.08, and you would receive the intended $100 donation.

Of note, you also have the option to choose whether you want to allow donors to optionally cover the transaction fees (and platform fees if you are on the Flex or Partner Plan), whether you want to mandate it, or whether you want to hide the option entirely.
