Connect BetterWorld to Canva (one-time setup)
Before you can use Create with Canva, you’ll need to connect your Canva account.
Log in to your BetterWorld dashboard.
Click the dropdown in the upper-right corner and select Team settings.
Click Integrations, then open the Canva tab.
Click Connect BetterWorld to Canva.
When Canva asks for permission, click Allow.
Now you can see your integration connected and can choose to create an auction banner or event image directly from this page.
Please Note: You only need to do this once. After Canva is connected, you can create or edit banners using Create with Canva in your auction settings.
Create your banner in Canva
From your BetterWorld dashboard, click Ticketed events, then find the event you want to update and click Manage.
In the left menu, click Settings and scroll to the event image section to click Create with Canva.
Choose a template, then customize your banner.
When you’re done, click Return to BetterWorld in the upper-right corner to import your banner.
Please note: Your banner won’t appear in BetterWorld until you click Return to BetterWorld.
Edit or remove your banner later
After your banner is imported, you can update or delete it anytime. Hover over the image and click Edit with Canva or click the trash icon to delete the image. You can add up to four images to your event. Click Create with Canva again to add additional custom images.
