How to enable giving on behalf of a company for your event
Follow these steps to turn on giving on behalf of a company or organization for your ticketed event:
From your dashboard, click Ticketed events in the left sidebar.
Click Manage on the event you'd like to update.
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
On the General settings tab, scroll down to the Giving on behalf of a company section and check the box next to Allow guests to give on behalf of a company or organization.
Click Save in that section. You're all set, your event's checkout page will now include the option for guests to give on behalf of a company or organization.
What guests see at checkout
Once enabled, guests will see an optional Give on behalf of a company or organization? checkbox on your event's payment page, above the Guests section. When a guest checks the box, a Company or organization name field appears where they can enter the name.
Please Note: Giving on behalf of a company is optional for guests. Ticket purchases made without a company name are processed normally.
