When purchasing tickets on BetterWorld, you have the option of entering your guest information during the checkout process. If you do not have the names for all of your guests at that time, it is possible for them to add themselves as your guest at a later time.
If you have guest information during the time of purchase, you can assign them by filling out the relevant fields during checkout:
Either way, you will receive a unique registration link as part of your confirmation email after you purchase tickets. This is the link that you will share with any guests that were not assigned during checkout.
This link brings the guest to your Guest registration page. The guest can claim an unregistered ticket by click the blue Register button.
The guest can log in if they have a BetterWorld account or create one. They have the option of including their payment information at this time.
Once the guest registers, their name will appear on your guest list. This information will also be updated on the organization's attendees list.
Account Admins
BetterWorld account admins and team members can locate the registration link for each ticket purchaser in their Event Ticketing campaign dashboard. This is helpful if the ticket purchaser misplaces their confirmation email.
1. Admins can find the link on the Overview page of their Event.
2. In the All Orders report, click the ... of the corresponding order/ticket purchaser.
3. Click Pre-registration page to open the page. Cut and paste the link from your web address bar to provide to the ticket purchaser.
