As an account administrator, you can initiate full refunds for your donors from your BetterWorld dashboard. Please contact [email protected] for help with partial refunds for donations.

1. Click on the drop-down menu labeled with your team or organization name in the upper-right corner of dashboard homepage.

2. Click Payments & payouts from the drop-down menu.
​

3. You will be on the Payments received report. Now locate the donor you want to refund. You can use the magnifying glass icon on the top of the report to search the name or scroll through the report. Once you find the name, click the ... under the Actions column.

4. Click Issue refund.
​
​

5. Click Issue refund now to confirm the refund.
