Making a ticket Private will allow only you and your team to access the ticket type, giving complete control of who could purchase that ticket!
Fist, click Ticketed Events in the menu on your left. Then, choose Manage on the event you would like to edit.
Now, head to the Tickets tab of your event
Click New Ticket Type in the upper right corner or edit an existing ticket by clicking the Edit icon at the top right of the ticket type, indicated by the pencil.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Visibility setting. Choose Private and then click Save!
