There are generally two reasons ticket options are not showing on your campaign page. We'll help you solve either!
1. The ticket sale deadline ends before your event is set to end.
If your ticket sales are ending too early, you can update the deadline by following these steps:
Head over to your Dashboard
Click Manage on your Ticketed Event campaign
Click Settings on your left
Update the ticket deadline
2. Alternatively, the ticket purchase deadline may have passed for an individual ticket
If a ticket is not appearing as available for purchase, the deadline for purchasing the ticket may have passed. To fix this:
Navigate to the Tickets section of your event
Click the pencil icon on the upper right to edit the specific ticket you want to view.
Either remove the Purchase Deadline or set it to a future date
