Once the auction ends, you’ll receive an email with a list of the items you won. Click on the item's name in the email to head to the fulfillment center, where you can coordinate directly with the nonprofit!
All nonprofits handle item fulfillment on their own, and we generally recommend waiting a few days to allow the organization to close up the auction and get everything sorted (auctions can be a big undertaking!)
For any other questions specific to your item, we'd encourage you to reach out directly to your contact at the organization. All fulfillment of auction items is done by the nonprofit organization that runs the auction. Although BetterWorld only provides the platform for them to use, we are happy to step in and connect you with an organization if needed!
