Often, you'll send out the item donation form to ask for items and to allow donors to offer items for an upcoming Auction. When people fill out this form, you'll be able to see any donated items here. This is were you essentially have a 'bank' of donated items that you can easily import into any of your Auctions ! Here's how:
1. From the dashboard, click on Item donations on the left side of the screen.
2. To import the items from the items received page, use the checkboxes to the left to select all items you'd like to import. You can click the top checkbox to select all donated items or select them individually.
3. Once you have made your selection click the Import selected to auction button.
4. Select the Auction that you'd like the item to go to (if there are multiple)! Then, click Import.
5. Done! Your items have been successfully imported into your Auction. Next, you can head to your Auction and make changes to the items as needed. On the Items received page you can now see the items marked as imported.
