1. From the dashboard head to Donation Campaigns and click Manage on the Peer-to-Peer campaign.
2. Then, click Donors in the left sidebar.
3. Click Create an Offline Donation along the top bar.
4. Enter the donation amount and optionally, add a donation message.
5. Choose a participant to donate to from the dropdown menu.
6. Next you can either enter a new donor or choose from a list of existing donors. For a new donor input their firs name, last name and optionally their email address.
7. For an existing donor you can search for their record by name. If there is more than one record please choose the one with the checkmark. This indicates the record is associated with a verified user account.
8. Next, if you added any custom questions to the campaign you can answer them here for the donor. You also have the option to make this donation private and to sent an email receipt. Once done, click Save.
That's it! You have successfully added an offline donation to your Peer-to-Peer campaign.
