You can use the Item Donation Form to log donations from businesses; however, a BetterWorld account is required to do this. If you are logged in under your account and fill out the form, the item will automatically appear as "donated" by you. While you can import the item into your Auction and update the donor information later, it may be easier to add the item directly from your dashboard as a "new item" and include the donor’s name when creating it. This will save time and reduces the need for editing after importing.
If you prefer to use the form to log items and generate an automatic receipt for the donor, you have two options. You can complete the form while logged in, then update the donor’s name afterward and forward the receipt to the business. Alternatively, you can log out of your account and create an account for the donor by entering their email and setting a password for them. This ensures the receipt is sent directly to the donor, simplifying the process and saving you an extra step.
