Learn how to create a participant, add participant photos, set participant privacy settings, and how to delete a participant.

How to create a participant.

You can choose to have participants register themselves or you can create them.

To create a participant head to Donation Campaigns and click Manage on your Peer-to-Peer campaign. Click Participants and then click the Create a Participant button.

Add the participant's information in the page settings and adjust the privacy settings.

If you want to invite the participant to edit their page you can add their email. This will send them a link to edit the page. Once you are done ending info click Create Participant.


How to add a picture on the participant page.

To add a photo to a participant's page head to Donation Campaigns and click Manage on your Peer-to-Peer campaign. Click Participants and then click on the participants you would like to add a photo for.

Scroll down to add the images. You can add an image of the participant and/or a cover image. Click the Add Image button.

You can add a photo from your computer by clicking the browse button or pick an image from our library by clicking the library button. Once you add your image click save.


How to hide a participant's donation page from the public.

Participants may use the participant registration form to join a team's peer-to-peer campaign, but they may not change the visibility of their donation page. The team's admin can choose from various visibility settings for each individual participant's donation page.

To hide, or otherwise change the visibility of a participant's donation page, follow these steps:

1. Select Participants from the second sidebar to the left.


2. Click the name of the participant you'd like to update.

3. Scroll down until you get to the heading Privacy Settings. From there click the dropdown menu to view the options. Choose the option you would like and click save. That's it!


How to delete participants in a Peer-to-Peer campaign.

Deleting a participant in your peer-too-peer campaign takes just a couple of clicks! Once you are in your peer-to-peer campaign, click Participants along the left sidebar. You can scroll through this list of participants or use the search feature. Click the name of the participant you want to delete.



Scroll down to the bottom of the participant page, and you will see Delete Participant. Click the Delete this Participant button. That's it!
