Receipt emails are sent automatically when a donor enters your Giveaway.
Adding a Custom Receipt Message
You can personalize the receipt emails by adding a custom message. Follow these steps to include your message in the automatically generated receipts:
Access Your Dashboard:
Log in to your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
Click on Giveaway.
Click Manage on the giveaway you wish to add the custom receipt message.
Navigate to Giveaways Settings:
Click Items & Settings > Advanced.
Locate the Custom Receipt Text Box:
Add Your Custom Message:
Type your desired message into the text box.
Save Changes:
Click the Save button to apply your changes.
Your custom message will now appear in the automatically generated receipt emails for giveaway entries.
