Entering a Giveaway is easy! Check out the video below to see a quick tutorial.
Or you can follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Head to the Giveaway/Raffle you want to enter. You can find the Giveaway through the link or QR code shared with you by the organization. If the Giveaway has not started yet, the page will not have the Select your entries section. You will be able to do so as soon as the Giveaway is active. The Giveaway page will look something like this:
2. If the Giveaway is open, select your entries, or scroll down the page to see the giveaway's description, additional prizes & drawings or guidelines & additional information section. On the right, will be the ticket options to enter!
3. Ticket options are set by the organization running the giveaway/raffle. Tickets could be sold at a fixed ticket price or sliding scale (where each dollar donated counts as one entry).

5. After selecting your ticket and clicking the Get entries button, you will be brought to the checkout screen. If you already have a BetterWorld account from a previous donation and are logged in, your card information will already be saved.
If you have an account from a previous donation, you can click the Log in button.
If this is your first donation, you will need to enter your personal information on the checkout screen. This page will prompt you to enter a password, which is entirely optional. Creating a password automatically creates a BetterWorld account, giving you access to your participation history.
Although a password is optional, we recommend creating a BetterWorld account if you plan on making several donations. Here are some reasons to create an account:
Easy access to your participation history
Faster checkout for future donations or giveaway entries
Ability to track your donations and entries in one place
Simplified access to receipts for tax purposes
6. Next, choose from a payment method on file or enter your payment information to complete your entries. Choose to enter a credit card or pay with Google or Apple Pay. Before finalizing agree to the terms and conditions.
7. Finally, click Donate!
8. You will be redirected to this screen!
9. BetterWorld will send you an automatic receipt via email from [email protected]. Here is what your receipt will look like:
At the very bottom of the email, you will see the EIN number of the organization for tax filing purposes.
