The first place to look would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. You can search "BetterWorld" or "[email protected]". If you are unable to find an email, it's possible there was a typo in the email you signed up with. No worries! You can still find your receipt in your BetterWorld account:
First head to My Account, and click on Giveaways in the left-hand menu
Then click on View next to the purchase you would like the receipt for. Now you can view or download the receipt for your records
You can also double-check your email by going to Settings, and scrolling down to see the email address associated with your account. Here, you can change or update your email if you like:
