How to Find A List of Your Guests' Email Addresses

Here's How You Can Locate and Effectively Communicate with Your Guests Through Email

BetterWorld is currently working on adding the ability to send personalized emails to your donors from the Dashboard!

The easiest way to email your guests is to download the list of email addresses that BetterWorld automatically collects for you. Then, import the list into your preferred email platform (ActiveCampaign, Gmail, or MailChimp), and send your messages from there.

To view your ticket holders' email addresses:

  1. Head over to your Dashboard

  2. Click Manage on your Ticketed Event campaign

  3. You'll be taken to your event's Overview page, scroll down until you see the table there. This table can be customized using the Column icon in the upper right corner. Here is where you can add an Email column if it is not there already!

  4. You can also download this table by clicking the Download icon

To download a list of guests' email addresses:

  1. Head over to your Dashboard

  2. Click Manage on your Ticketed Event campaign

  3. Choose Attendees on the left side menu

  4. Now on the Attendees page click the Export Attendees button at the top right of the page

  5. Now you can choose from the dropdown menu whether to download All Guests or download by ticket type

  6. Finally, click Export and a CSV file with all of your attendees' information (including email) will automatically download to your device
