Verifying your account confirms your organization’s details and enables additional payment options, such as ACH payments and donor-advised fund (DAF) gifts.
Please note that only account owners can verify the account. Make sure you see a crown icon next to your name in Team settings.
Verify your account
Follow these steps to verify your fundraising account:
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a green banner asking you to verify your account. Click the white Verify My Account button to begin the verification process. You can also access your page using this link.
Fill out the required information in the verification form.
Click Save & continue at the bottom of the page.
Once you submit the form, your account verification will be complete.
