Receipt emails go out automatically after an auction payment is processed on BetterWorld. We thank the donor, but you have the option of adding your own message to these receipts.
1. Click Auctions on the left side of your Dashboard, then Manage on the campaign you would like to add a custom receipt message to.
2. Click Settings, then Advanced along the top bar.
3. Scroll down to the Custom Winner Receipt Message section. Type your message in the text box and click Save.
