Let's say I want to create a duplicate of my "Spa Heaven" item.

1. From your dashboard, click on Auctions and then Manage the campaign.

2. Head to Items page and click Copy Items.

3. Click select the auction you'd like to copy from. In this case, it's the same auction, so I'll select "Sample Online Auction".

4. Select "Spa Heaven" from the list of items, and click Create Items.

That's it! You now have a copy of "Spa Heaven" in your auction.

Many organizations want to copy their items from a previous Auction to a new Auction. With BetterWorld, it's super easy!

The first step is to make sure you're managing the new Auction, not the previous Auction that you want to copy items from. (So either log into the new one, or create one before moving forward). In the option below, "Sample Online Auction" is the new Auction that I want to bring items from an older auction into. Follow the steps below:

1. From your dashboard, click on Auctions and then Manage the new campaign.

2. Click on Items in the left-hand menu. Once on the items page, click Copy Items in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

3. From there, select the (old) Auction that you'd like to copy the items from from the dropdown menu. Click Continue.

4. Then select the items from that Auction you'd like to copy and click Create Items.

This will automatically copy the items over to your new Auction, saving you time and hassle!
