In order to protect nonprofits, our formal policy is that all bids are final. Bids are final because retracting bids can cause complications in the experience of other auction bidders and the organization as a whole.

That being said, mistakes happen and we totally get it! For example, we've seen cases where someone accidentally bid $1,000 on an item when they meant to bid $100, in cases like this, don't worry! You can contact us by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen. Please let us know the name of the organization who is running the auction, the name of the auction item, and what you intended to bid (or do). If you let us know quickly enough, we're often able to go in manually and resolve things!
