Custom questions are a great way to gather additional information from your donors!
1. From the homepage of your admin dashboard, choose the Donations from the center of the screen or Donation Campaigns on the left side.
2. Click the pink Manage button on the campaign you'd like to update.
3. Click Settings from the list on the left side.
4. Click Custom Questions from the top menu.
5. Choose from the various Form Elements to create your question. For example, I want my donor to make a one choice between two or more different options. I will choose the Radio Button as this style best suits my question.
4. Complete the form to add any questions you like to the donation checkout page.
In the LABEL field write the question or the information that you are requesting from the donor.
The INSTRUCTIONS field is for adding any directives to the donor that may assist them with answering the question or providing information.
Click the drop-down menu beneath Required? if this question should be mandatory before allowing the donor to process their donation
Use the pink Add option button for questions that need specific or suggested options. You can change the order of these options by clicking and dragging them into the order you like. You can delete an option by clicking the x near the option.
Click the blue Save button in the lower right corner to save your progress and display the question on your checkout page.
Delete any unwanted custom questions by clicking the small trash can icon in the lower left side.
If you have multiple custom questions, you may reorder how they appear to the donor by using the four-way directional icon in the upper right.
5. The custom questions will appear on the checkout page of your donation campaign.
