1. From the home page of your dashboard, click Donation campaigns on the left side of your screen and find the campaign you would like the offline donation receipt generated for. Click the Manage button.
2. Click Donors on the left side of the page.
3. Select Create An Offline Donation at the top of the page.
4. Check the Send the donor an email receipt box. After you save the information, your donation receipt will be delivered to the donor's email address.
If this step is missed, you can't generate a receipt directly afterward. The only options would be to delete the current offline entry and re-enter the donation or contact BetterWorld Support for assistance.
