BetterWorld account admins can add and remove offline donations (donations that were not processed on the BetterWorld site.)
1. Click on your logo in the upper right corner, and select Payments & Payouts:
2. Click on Payments Received:
3. Click on Offline:
4. Click the three dots next to the name of the donor whose donation you'd like to refund/remove. Select Issue refund:
