1. Navigate to the drop-down menu in the upper right corner by clicking the round image or your logo. Select Payments & Payouts.
2. Finally, click the three dots next to the name of the donor whose Giveaway entry you'd like to refund or delete. Choose Mark as refunded to remove the ticket!
Please Note: Online payments show an "Issue refund" option instead. You can also confirm whether a donation was made offline before deleting it by checking the "Payment Method" column.
