How to Remove or Refund an Offline Entry in Your Giveaway

Easily delete offline entries in your Giveaway campaign.

1. Navigate to the drop-down menu in the upper right corner by clicking the round image or your logo.

3. Finally, click the three dots next to the name of the donor whose Giveaway entry you'd like to refund or delete. Choose Mark as refunded to remove the ticket!

​Please Note: You can confirm whether a donation was made offline before deleting it by checking the "Payment Method" column.
