Here's How You Can Manage Offline Tickets

Follow these simple steps to delete an offline ticket you entered:

  1. Navigate to the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, by clicking the round image or your logo

  2. Next, click on Offline at the top of your page

  3. Finally, click the three dots next to the name of the donor whose donation you'd like to refund or delete. Choose Mark as refunded to remove the ticket!
