Follow these simple steps to delete an offline ticket you entered:
Navigate to the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, by clicking the round image or your logo.
Select Payments & Payouts.
Finally, click the three dots next to the name of the donor whose donation you'd like to refund or delete. Choose Mark as refunded to remove the ticket!
Please Note: You can confirm whether a donation was made offline before deleting it by checking the "Payment Method" column.
