After purchasing your ticket(s) to an organization's event, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. The ticket will be attached to the email as a PDF with a QR code. This QR code can be scanned by the organization to check you in at the event! Once opened, it will look something like this:
The good news is, even if you can't find your email confirmation/receipt, the organization will have your purchase and tickets on their Attendees List!
The first place to look to find your ticket would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. Just search "BetterWorld" or "[email protected]"
The second place you can find receipts is in your BetterWorld account:
1. Head to My Account, and click on the product that you're looking for (i.e. a donation receipt, a ticketing receipt, etc.).
2. Click View next to the transaction to see the receipt.
