Receipt emails go out automatically after a donation is processed on BetterWorld. We thank the donor, but you have the option of adding your own message to these receipts. You can even send yourself a test receipt so you see exactly what your donor will receive.
1. From your dashboard navigate to the campaign you would like to edit the receipt message for.
2. Click Manage on the campaign you would like to add the custom receipt message to.
3. Click Settings and scroll down to the Custom Receipt Message section. Type your message in the text box and click Save. You can also click the Send yourself a test button and you will be receive a test receipt to your email.
Below is an example of a test receipt. You will notice the custom message in the pink box.
