Shortly after the auction ends, we will send you a congratulatory email and receipt letting you know which items you've won and what happens next.

Alternatively, you can find out if you're the winning bidder by going to your My Items page. Here you will find every item you have bid on, and whether or not you have been outbid.

Sometimes it takes a few days or so for an organization to close the auction. (They're managing a lot!) If this happens, we'd suggest waiting a few days and then reaching out.
