Here you can send us a live chat or submit a ticket. We provide this support for free, and are happy to do so!

For organizations that could use a little extra personal support, such as 'night-of' phone support, we offer Concierge Service ($275 per event). This includes personal zoom onboarding and phone support as needed throughout the campaign. It can be a helpful option if this is your first time running an event, or if you'd feel better having one of our team members be able to go through, double-check things, and give peace of mind!
