On our "Free Forever" plan, organizations can access our knowledge base and walkthrough videos. Additionally, you or your donors can use the "Contact Us" prompt at the top of the page. This will create a support ticket that our team replies to by email, often within 24 hours. We provide this support for free, and are happy to do so!

For organizations that could use a little extra personal support, such as 'night-of' phone support, we offer Concierge Service ($275 per event). This includes personal zoom onboarding and phone support as needed throughout the campaign. It can be a helpful option if this is your first time running an event, or if you'd feel better having one of our team members be able to go through, double-check things, and give peace of mind!
