If you are requesting a full refund from an organization on our platform (such as a ticket purchase or donation), please first reach out to your contact at the organization directly. In most cases, this will be the fastest way to receive a refund as the organization is responsible for approving refund requests according to their specific policies. However, we're always happy to step in if needed!
Once your refund request is processed, it will be submitted to your bank or card issuer immediately. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount should appear in your account within 5-10 business days. It may appear as a credit on your statement or as a reversal if processed shortly after the original transaction.
