This is a great use for our Impact Giving tool, which allows you to list an item, description, image, price and quantity available.

Here's an example of how that could look when you're all set up.

To get started, head to Donations > Impact Campaign to create your campaign. Once the item is sold out, a grey sold-out banner will appear over the item.

Once all items have been added to your Impact Campaign you can import them into your auction. The video below will walk you through the process of importing your Impact Giving campaign into your auction!
