Often, you'll send out the item donation form to ask for items and to allow donors to offer items for an upcoming auction. When people fill out this form, you'll be able to see any donated items here:

1. From the dashboard, click on Item donations on the left side of the screen.

2. To import the item from the items received page, click on the three dots next to the item and then choose Import to Auction from the dropdown menu.

3. Select the Auction that you'd like the item to go to (if there are multiple)!

We built the system this way so that you'd essentially have a 'bank' of donated items that you can do whatever you'd like with. Easily add to this Auction or the next Auction, or even create a Giveaway with a click!
