How to view responses to per ticket questions:

If you added questions to be asked per ticket purchased (such as meal choices, t-shirt sizes), your questions appear multiple times on an order form (once per ticket). Here is how you can view the responses:

  1. Navigate to your dashboard, and click Ticketed Events in the menu on your left. Then, click Manage on your event.

  2. Head to the Attendees page in the left side menu.

  3. The answers to you custom questions will appear in the table here under the "Question Responses" column. To add this column to the table, click the Column icon in the top right corner of the table and choose Question Responses.

  4. You can also edit the question responses for a guest! Click the 3 dots next to the responses you would like to edit and choose Edit guest.

  5. To download this table and all the information in it click the Download icon!

How to view responses to per purchase questions:

If you added questions to be asked per purchase, your questions will appear once at the bottom of the checkout page, regardless of how many tickets were bought. Here is how you can view those responses:

  1. Navigate to your dashboard, and click Ticketed Events in the menu on your left. Then, click Manage on your event

  2. Now on the Overview page, the answers to your custom questions can be seen in the table at the bottom. Scroll down until you see the table.

  3. To add a column to this table for your custom question answers, click the Column icon in the top right corner of the table and select your question.

  4. Finally, you can download this table and all the information in it by clicking the Download icon!
