When running a Standard Donation, Crowdfunding, Peer-to-Peer, or Impact Giving campaign your donors have the option to make their donation recurring upon checkout. They can choose if they would like their donation to be one-time, monthly, or annually.
Your donors can cancel their recurring donation at any time from their BetterWorld account, here. Check out this support article on how they can cancel their recurring donations themselves! If you would like to cancel a recurring donation, first find the campaign in your dashboard under Donation Campaigns and click Manage. Once on the campaign's Overview page, you can search the donor's name, or find the Period column and click to sort so Monthly appears at the top. When you find the recurring donation you'd like to cancel, click View in the Details column.
Click the cancel button.
The cancellation will take effect immediately.
Your donor will be sent an email notifying them of the cancelation.
