You can now spruce up your event by having a display view of your live auction items! The first step is to create a Live Auction and add your items. Once that is done, follow these steps to find your display view:

1. From the dashboard click on Auctions, then click Manage on your Live Auction.

2. Click Display in the left sidebar.

3. On this page you can see an overview of all your items, the information that will be displayed and the order the items will be displayed in. You are able to reorder items on the items page by dragging and dropping.

4. Click Display view in the upper left corner to see a preview.

Here is what the display view will look like on your screen. You can present this display view on your Live Auction event night! The screen will display the first image, the Auction title, the item title, the item's short description, the item's fair market estimated value, and the item's location. If you leave the FMV blank, it will display as "Priceless." If you leave the location blank, it will not appear.

You can click the left and right arrow buttons on your computer keyboard to switch between items. The items will appear in the order they are listed on the item's page. To rearrange the order of the items, you can drag and drop them.
