You can set an overall ticket limit for events with limited availability! This ensures you don’t sell more tickets than the venue's capacity while allowing your organization to sell any combination of ticket types. Once the overall limit is reached, all tickets for the event will be marked as sold out.
Here's how you can set a quantity for your ticket sales:
Head over to your Dashboard
Click Manage on your Ticketed Event campaign
Click Settings on your left
Scroll down to the section labeled Total tickets available (leave blank for unlimited)
Enter the maximum number of tickets for your event and click Save!
Once you've set this limit, the system will automatically track the total number of tickets sold! And ticket sales will stop once the maximum quantity is reached!
