You can now integrate a pop-up donation button into your website to accept donations for a campaign. By adding a custom button to your site, visitors can open a secure, customizable donation form directly from your page!

How to add a donation button

1. Go to Donation Campaigns on the left-hand menu.

2. Click New Campaign in the top right corner.

3. Under Donation Forms click Pop-up Donation Form then click Next.

4. Name your form and click Continue.

5. You'll be asked How much are you hoping to raise with this campaign- please select an amount. Please Note: This will not be shown to donors.

6. You will be directed to the settings page. From the settings page, you can:

  • Customize the form’s colors

  • Add the domain where the form will be displayed

  • Adjust suggested donation amounts

  • Modify button settings

  • Add custom questions to your form

  • And even include a custom receipt message

7. You can choose from several options to embed the Donation Form onto your website.

Now you have your own Pop-Up Donation Form and button on your website!

Please Note: If you have a pre-existing Linked Form you can add a button to your site through the settings of your Linked Form as well (shown below)!

Enable Apple and Google Pay on your donation form

By default, your pop-up donation form accepts credit and debit card payments. Verified nonprofits also have access to ACH and DAFpay. To enable Google Pay and Apple Pay, visit your Stripe account page and enter the URL where your form is hosted:
