Several of our donation campaigns allow donors to make a recurring donation. You will see this option in the following tools: Standard Donation, Crowdfunding, Peer-to-Peer, Impact Giving campaign, and Linked/Embedded/Pop-up Donation Forms. Donors can choose if they would like their donation to be one-time, monthly, or annually.

You can disable the recurring option in the Settings page of your campaign. We'll use a Standard Donation campaign as an example for this walkthrough. But the same steps apply to other campaigns with the recurring donations:

1. From the homepage of your BetterWorld Dashboard click Donations in the center or Donation Campaigns on the far left.

2. Click the pink Manage button on the campaign you'd like to update.

3. Click Settings from the list on the left.

4. Scroll down to find the Donation Periods section of the page.

5. Use the dropdown menus to enable or disable the type of donations you want to allow for this campaign. Choose the default option in the first drop down menu. This will be what is the defaulted selection for donors during check out. Use the second dropdown menu to enable or disable monthly giving donations. Finally, use the third drop down menu to enable or disable annual giving donations. Make sure to click the Save button when you've made your selections.
