The paddle raise campaign on BetterWorld makes for an easy way to pledge to donate and pay later.

1. Navigate to the campaign using the link or QR code provided to you

2. Click the blue arrows to adjust your pledge amount

3. The organization has pre-set pledge amounts. You can select one of these options or click "Custom amount"

Tip: Click the "Give anonymously" field before pledging if you do not want your name displayed to the public. The organization will still know you are the donor.

4. Once you have selected your donation amount, click "Pledge"

Note: You will not be charged at this time. All funds are collected at the end of the event.

Tip: Some organizations will display the campaign's progress. The 3 most recent pledge amounts will be displayed here.

5. You will be sent an email from BetterWorld with a link to complete your payment.

6. When you are ready to pay, click "Go to checkout"

Alert: If you have made multiple pledges, they will all be listed as one transaction.

7. Pay with the card saved to your BetterWorld account, or click "Pay with a different card" to enter a different card.

8. Click "Pay now"

9. Once the payment is processed successfully, you can return to the campaign.

10. You will receive a confirmation email that your payment was successful, with your receipt attached. The organization's EIN will be at the bottom.
