BetterWorld includes a built-in AI writing tool that can help you create long descriptions for your auction items. You can use it while setting up a new item or editing an existing one. The AI will use the details you enter to generate a draft that you can review, edit, or use as-is. Here's how:
1. From the dashboard, head to Auctions, then click Manage.
2. To start creating a new item, click + New item in the left sidebar or choose the Items page. Once on the Items page, click the New item button in the top right corner.
If you would like to use our AI tool to rewrite the description of an item you have already created, simply click on the existing item and jump to Step 4.
3. Add the title, short description, and optionally the location, display category, estimated value, and starting bid. AI will use any information you add here to help it write the long description.
4. Next, click Help me write this.
5. A pop-up will appear that allows you to add any additional information on the item.
6. Next, click Write a first draft for me.
7. Click Try again to add any additional information and for our system to generate a different item description.
Click Use this for the description to be added to your item.
8. Done! You have successfully used our AI helper to write the long description of your auction item. Now, click Save & continue to images to finalize the item.
