DAFpay allows supporters to give directly from their donor-advised funds. Follow the steps below to enable DAFpay for your organization.
Please note that DAFpay is only available for one-time donations.
How to enable DAFpay
From your dashboard, click your organization name in the top right corner.
Select Team settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Integrations on the left side of the screen.
Select DAFpay from the top menu.
Click Enable DAFpay.
Once enabled, DAFpay will be active for your donation campaigns and forms.
If you’re unable to enable DAFpay
DAFpay requires a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) to complete setup.
If you see a message asking you to update your EIN:
Click Go to Account settings.
Scroll down to Tax settings. Enter your organization’s EIN in the EIN field.
Click Save.
Return to Integrations.
Select DAFpay.
Click Enable DAFpay.
Please note: Your EIN must be valid and saved in your account settings before DAFpay can be activated.
What happens after enabling DAFpay
Once enabled, donors will see DAFpay as a payment option on your donation campaigns and forms, making it easy for them to give directly from their donor-advised fund.
