How to check if pledges have been paid
Once a donor makes a pledge, they'll automatically receive text and email reminders with a checkout link to complete their payment. You can track whether each pledge has been fulfilled directly from your campaign dashboard.
1. From your dashboard, click on Donation Campaigns and then Manage the Paddle Raise campaign you wish to send reminders for.
2. On the paddle raise overview page, find the Pledges report and locate the Paid column. Click the column header to sort by payment status and quickly identify any outstanding pledges.
3. Once paid a payment will also automatically appear in the payment report, which is located at the bottom of the overview page:
For any unpaid pledges you can send additional reminders following the instructions in the next section.
How to send a pledge reminder from the dashboard
Administrators can now send pledge reminders if the donor has not yet fulfilled their pledge. When donors make a pledge, they will be prompted via text and email to fulfill their pledge. If they don't, they will be reminded about 12 hours later. If 24 hours after the campaign has ended the donor has not fulfilled their pledge yet, the account administrator can send them another reminder from the dashboard! Here's how:
1. From your dashboard, click on Donation Campaigns and then Manage the Paddle Raise campaign you wish to send reminders for.
2. Click on Donors on the left-hand side. From this screen, you can choose to send a reminder to all donors who haven't paid or just select one specific donor. When you've decided who to send the reminder to, click on the button that says Send Checkout Reminders.
Please Note: If you do not see the buttons please confirm that your campaign has been officially closed for 24 hours. You can find and edit the end date/time in the settings of your Paddle Raise.
3. You can now edit a customizable message. Press Send.
Please Note: Your donor has now received another email reminder. They will not receive a text notification. You are able to send as many reminders as you'd like!
