What Are Pledge Reminders?

Pledge reminders are notifications sent to donors who have made a pledge using the Paddle Raise campaign, prompting them to complete their checkout for the pledged amount. These reminders are sent via text and email.

We automatically sent these pledge reminders to ensures donors don’t forget to complete their pledges and help organizations secure all pledged donations.

Pledge reminders are sent automatically at the time the pledge is input and 12h after the pledge was made. Any additional reminders can be sent after 24h from the campaign's dashboard by the admin.

Examples of Pledge Notifications

When a donor makes a pledge through the Paddle Raise campaign or you input the pledge for them, they will be prompted via text and email to complete their payment. Here is an example!

Please Note: If the donor has not completed the pledge after 12 hours from the moment the pledge was placed, they will receive another automatic reminder via text and email.

If the donor has not yet fulfilled their pledge after these two reminders, the admin will be able to send yet another reminder from the dashboard. This feature becomes available 24h after the end date of the Paddle Raise Campaign. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to do that!
