Download the app
The Events app is available for both iPhone and Android:
Sign in
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use for your BetterWorld dashboard. If you'd rather not use a password, tap Email me a code instead to sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.
Please Note: You'll need to already be an admin on your organization's BetterWorld account to sign in. If you're not sure whether you have access, check with whoever manages your team on the dashboard's Account → Team page.
Select your team
If you're an admin for more than one organization, you'll be asked to select which team to manage. Search by name or tap directly on your organization.
Please Note: If you only manage one organization, you may not see this screen — the app will take you straight to your events.
Select your event
Once you're in, you'll see a list of your events, sorted into Live now, Upcoming, and Ended. Tap the event you want to manage. Everything else in the app — checking in guests, selling tickets, collecting payments — happens within the event you've selected.
